International shipping

Duties & taxes

For many destinations we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), showing duties and import taxes at checkout. Where DDP is unavailable, shipments are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), and local customs may collect fees on delivery.

  • Refusal to pay duties/taxes may result in return shipping and handling fees deducted from your refund.
  • We cannot mark items as gifts or undervalue merchandise.

Address & delivery

  • We ship to most countries. Certain embargoed regions are excluded.
  • P.O. Boxes are not supported internationally; provide a physical address.
  • Customs clearance can extend delivery estimates.

Packaging & signature

Discreet, protective packaging

  • All shoes ship in their original Gucci box inside a protective outer carton.
  • Eco‑friendly materials and right‑sized packaging to reduce waste.

Signature on delivery

  • Orders $500+ may require an adult signature.
  • You may request to waive signature before dispatch. Waiving transfers delivery risk to you.

Lost, delayed or damaged

If your tracking stalls

  • Allow 48 hours after the last scan. Many delays resolve on the next sort cycle.
  • Contact us if there’s no movement after 3 business days.

Claims & timelines

  • Damage: report within 7 days of delivery with photos of box and contents.
  • Lost: report within 30 days of shipment date.
  • Porch theft after a carrier “Delivered” scan may require a police report for replacement eligibility.

Returns & exchanges

Try your sneakers on indoors. If they’re not perfect, most unworn items can be returned within 14 days. See full details in our Returns Policy.

  • US returns: easy label provided; a small restocking fee may apply to discounted items.
  • International returns: duties/taxes are non‑refundable; you may be able to reclaim locally.

Shipping FAQ

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO?
Yes. US P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO ship via USPS only. Expedited and Next‑Day services are not available to these addresses.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
We can modify the address before your order ships. After dispatch, carrier intercepts may be possible for a fee. Contact support as soon as possible.
Will my order ship in one box?
We try to ship together. If items have different availability, we may send split shipments at no extra cost.
How do pre‑orders work?
Your payment method is authorized at checkout and captured when the item ships. The estimated ship window appears on the product page and in your confirmation.
Do you offer same‑day delivery?
Same‑day delivery is not currently available. Select Next‑Day at checkout for the fastest service.
